WARRANTY:
We guarantee
our products from manufacture defects within
the first 30 days from the date you receive
your item. Warranty is on a parts exchange
basis only, we will send the parts at no extra
cost and the but the customer will have to
pay for shipping charges. Nitro-motors.com
will service your vehicle under warranty at
no additional costs. However, it is buyer's
responsibility to ship or bring in your vehicle
to our facility for warranty service(s). Any
outside repair labor charges, down time, towing
or shipping charges are not covered under
warranty. Certain vehicles carry longer factory
warranty periods: up to one year along with
outside labor cost reimbursements, certain
restrictions apply. Please see your vehicle
description to determine your warranty period.
Warranty period starts from the date you receive
your vehicle. Warranty covers factory defects
and defaults only. We do not cover misuse
or broken parts caused by the user or by any
other event. However, it is buyer's
responsibility to ship or bring in their vehicle
to our facility for warranty service(s).
To file a warranty claim, please log on to our website: www.Nitro-Motors.com and from the Customer Service drop down menu select Warranty Claim Form. Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to you at no additional costs. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.
Replacement parts are shipped without charge, but it is customer's responsibility to physically install the replacement parts or bring your vehicle in for service.
Limited parts warranty detail:
Warranty is effective only if:
(1) The product is completely and correctly assembled by a
certified automotive or motorcycle technician.
(2) The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose. (3) The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:
- Filters
- Hoses
- Lubricants
- Gaskets
- Spark plugs
- Standard wear and tear: plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.) batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts and tires.
- Extreme riding, racing or competition
- Loss of time without motorcycle
- Vandalism, fire or theft
- Crash or accident
- Unauthorized outside repair
- Warranty is on a parts exchange basis only.
- Labor is free if you send your vehicle to our warehouse facility for repair
- Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges, towing or shipping charges to and from
RETURN POLICY:
The following are our Return Policy Agreement:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
- Vehicle must be returned in it’s original packaging within 7 days in 100% new, re-sellable condition.
- This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance or assembly.
- Vehicle must not be assembled, fueled or used in any way. Fueled vehicles contain gasoline which is hazardous and due to safety precautions, freight companies will not ship any vehicles containing flammable materials.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping expenses in not refundable nor
reimbursed for any reason. Buyer is responsible
for all freight charges including the first
shipment and return. Freight expense to
and from the destination will be deducted
from your refund. All orders made from nitro-motors.com
incur a shipping charge and these charges
are non refundable, in cases of cancellation
of orders, they are charge to and from the
destination.
- Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
- WE CHARGE a 30% RESTOCKING/CANCELATION
FEE FOR ALL REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION OF
ORDERS.
Nitro-motors.com attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers to inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the vehicle is damaged during the shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number and we will provide you with free replacements parts, & free live telephone technical support within the 30 days warranty period.
The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from
Nitro-motors.com.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Nitro-motors.com personnel.
REFUND POLICY:
All items are brand new sealed
in manufacture’s packaging. There are absolutely no refunds
or returns allowed for any items that are assembled, used
or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered
used. Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days
from the date of purchase. We will email you your tracking
number within 24 - 48 hours from the time your shipment leaves
our warehouse so you can track your shipment en route. We
use a third party LTL transportation company to delivery your
order. Transit time may take, but not limited from 10 - 15 business
days depending on how far you are from California. During
holiday seasons, transit time may be an additional 3-5 business
days. Order may not be cancelled or refused on the basis
of extended transit schedules since we have no control
over third party shipping company. Order may be cancelled
if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business
days from your date of purchase. You may also cancel your
order if your item has not been shipped. However you will
be charged a 6% reimburse fee for the third party merchant
fees. All cancel order must be submitted with a Cancellation
Request Form. If you choose to cancel your order once it has
been shipped or refuse to accept a delivery for a shipment,
you agree to pay all shipping costs to and from plus a 30% cancelation fee.
